Flowers in Watercolor

This week the children did Observation Drawings of flowers that had been placed in colored water. They noticed the white flowers soak up the color of the water, and the petals began to change! One student, Maryn, said “My flowers are now red and purple.” The children also observed wild flowers while playing outside.
