Tending to the Garden

Room 6 recently invited Ms. Lynda to help guide us through the exciting process of planting our new seeds, sprouts, and even a potato! With her support, the children used a variety of tools and materials to carefully create a nurturing environment for our growing vegetables. As we explored each step of gardening, we learned just how important every part of the process is. Since planting, the children have been eagerly checking the garden each day, observing changes and documenting their discoveries. They’ve also taken turns watering the plants and have proudly shared their garden with friends from other classrooms—encouraging exploration while reminding everyone to treat their hard work with care and respect.
