Slime Archeologists

Children were introduced to a provocation featuring slime, a variety of small manipulatives, & some scientific collection tools. The kiddos quickly set the tone with a plan, mixing ALL the materials with the slime. They then carefully worked to use their ‘pinchers’ or tweezers to find & ‘dig’ out each small, individual item. We were quick to make the comparison to archeologists & paleontologists!
