Room 1 is on fire with curiosity as they dive into an exciting volcano investigation! The students showed their creativity by drawing their own volcanoes and becoming authors, writing original volcano stories for their handmade books. They researched, read, and watched videos to learn that magma is hot, runny, melted rock—like butter! —that turns into lava when it erupts. The fun continues in the classroom where the kids absolutely love playing the classic, high-energy game, “The Floor is Lava.”
