Gardening

Last spring our class was very interested in growing a garden. We researched planting pumpkins, green beans, radishes, turnups, and carrots. With the start of the new school year last week, some of our returning students noticed the vegetables sprouting. They immediately asked to check on their pumpkins.  One of the children was over the moon she found her pumpkin had grown so much. “Look its my pumpkin!”-Lucia. A week later we went to check on the pumpkins again. The children took note on how the pumpkin colors were changing… ” green and yellow!” -Lucia and Aero. We are excited to continue to cultivate our garden and see what else we can grow!
