We had a blast celebrating autumn with hands-on art projects throughout October and November!
The children’s central activity was a large pumpkin that inspired two great projects. First, the kids did observation drawings and then decorated it using collected leaves, turning it into a textural masterpiece! The next group gave it a vibrant makeover with bold paints.
To capture the fall spirit, the children also painted bright colors onto actual leaves. They strung them up to create a gorgeous homemade autumn garland that now decorates their room! So much creativity and fun!
